I appreciate it.In a word, Fantastic.During Thanksgiving week, I needed the cooling fan and keyboard on my work laptop replaced. At least a dozen companies in the Las Vegas area told me it couldn't be done that week. I would need to wait four or five days for parts, then leave my laptop with them for at least two days.Then Yosef called me back. He was thorough, professional, personable and confident that the repairs could be completed within two days of our initial conversation.The next morning, he called to advise me the parts were in and he could be at my residence that afternoon. He arrived on time and completed the work in less time than anticipated. The cost was less than almost every other quote I received.About two weeks later, I noticed a glitch in the keyboard. Manufacturer issue. Impossible to detect before installation. Yosef came back the next day and replaced it, free of charge.If you're in the Las Vegas area and need any kind of computer service, this is the company to use. I will definitely rely on Yosef for any future service needs.Joseph was wonderful when he came to my apartment to fix my computer!He was very professional and have a great sense of humor.I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem with their computer!
