I'm 75 and I was overwhelmed with the mess I had with my 2 pc's. I was delighted to work with Joey to get them cleaned up and working properly. He upgraded them and made them much better. He is a delight to work with and very kind and helpful. So nice to meet someone who has the skills to make sure it worked for me. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone if you need help. His diagnostic was so wrong, but he made the sale and the Upsale. Good salesman,but I ended up fixing my computer myself.It was always the bad Wi-fi Signal...How could you missed that?Yes it ran perfectly for like 20minsBy the time I called you guys said we close in 20mins and won't be back til Monday.

When my wife's school laptop broke , I needed to find someplace that could repair it quick. I'm grateful I found this business that returned it repaired the very next day. What's even better is that the tech drove out to my workplace to pick up and drop off, which makes it so convenient. Thank you for the repair, my wife is a happy wife. She says it looks brand new. I appreciate it.

In a word, Fantastic.During Thanksgiving week, I needed the cooling fan and keyboard on my work laptop replaced. At least a dozen companies in the Las Vegas area told me it couldn't be done that week. I would need to wait four or five days for parts, then leave my laptop with them for at least two days.Then Yosef called me back. He was thorough, professional, personable and confident that the repairs could be completed within two days of our initial conversation.The next morning, he called to advise me the parts were in and he could be at my residence that afternoon. He arrived on time and completed the work in less time than anticipated. The cost was less than almost every other quote I received.About two weeks later, I noticed a glitch in the keyboard. Manufacturer issue. Impossible to detect before installation. Yosef came back the next day and replaced it, free of charge.If you're in the Las Vegas area and need any kind of computer service, this is the company to use. I will definitely rely on Yosef for any future service needs.
