My p/c was very very slow. I called them and Joseph responded. He suggested that I needed a new computer. I agreed and he proceeded to purchase for me a new one (within my budget). He was able to copy ervery thing, includeing programs, frolm my old to the new computer. It works perfectly .

Joseph was thorough, explained all my choices, explained and diagnosed the problems, installed fans with water cooler, even came thru to re-hook up my computer, prompt timing when saying he'd come for pick up and drop off, kept in contact and called each time to let me know all progress happening. When my wife's school laptop broke , I needed to find someplace that could repair it quick. I'm grateful I found this business that returned it repaired the very next day. In a word, Fantastic.

During Thanksgiving week, I needed the cooling fan and keyboard on my work laptop replaced. At least a dozen companies in the Las Vegas area told me it couldn't be done that week. I would need to wait four or five days for parts, then leave my laptop with them for at least two days.

Then Yosef called me back. He was thorough, professional, personable and confident that the repairs could be completed within two days of our initial conversation.

The next morning, he called to advise me the parts were in and he could be at my residence that afternoon. He arrived on time and completed the work in less time than anticipated. The cost was less than almost every other quote I received.

About two weeks later, I noticed a glitch in the keyboard. Manufacturer issue. Impossible to detect before installation. Yosef came back the next day and replaced it, free of charge.

If you're in the Las Vegas area and need any kind of computer service, this is the company to use. I will definitely rely on Yosef for any future service needs.
