I agreed and he proceeded to purchase for me a new one (within my budget). He was able to copy ervery thing, includeing programs, frolm my old to the new computer. It works perfectly .GREAT SERVICE, REASONABLE COSTS, FOR ALL YOUR COMPUTER NEEDSI called to get my Macbook Air laptop's screen fixed. Joseph was very helpful and nice! He picked it up, repaired it and dropped it back off to my house in less than 24 hours! Such great customer service and repair!! Will definitely recommend and keep in mind for our next electronic repair
Joseph was thorough, explained all my choices, explained and diagnosed the problems, installed fans with water cooler, even came thru to re-hook up my computer, prompt timing when saying he'd come for pick up and drop off, kept in contact and called each time to let me know all progress happening. He gets all my business from now on. Bravo ZuluI'm 75 and I was overwhelmed with the mess I had with my 2 pc's. I was delighted to work with Joey to get them cleaned up and working properly. He upgraded them and made them much better. He is a delight to work with and very kind and helpful. So nice to meet someone who has the skills to make sure it worked for me. I appreciate it.In a word, Fantastic.During Thanksgiving week, I needed the cooling fan and keyboard on my work laptop replaced. At least a dozen companies in the Las Vegas area told me it couldn't be done that week. I would need to wait four or five days for parts, then leave my laptop with them for at least two days.Then Yosef called me back. He was thorough, professional, personable and confident that the repairs could be completed within two days of our initial conversation.The next morning, he called to advise me the parts were in and he could be at my residence that afternoon. He arrived on time and completed the work in less time than anticipated. The cost was less than almost every other quote I received.About two weeks later, I noticed a glitch in the keyboard. Manufacturer issue. Impossible to detect before installation. Yosef came back the next day and replaced it, free of charge.If you're in the Las Vegas area and need any kind of computer service, this is the company to use. I will definitely rely on Yosef for any future service needs.Joseph was wonderful when he came to my apartment to fix my computer!He was very professional and have a great sense of humor.I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem with their computer!
